Full-Time Senior Counsel, Healthcare

Seeking an experienced, highly motivated Senior Counsel to join our legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on healthcare laws (FDA, HIPAA, CLIA).
• Ensure billing and reimbursement compliance (Medicare, Medicaid, private payers).
• Provide guidance on FCA, Anti-Kickback Statute, and Stark Law.
• Assist in investigations related to healthcare fraud.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance colleagues.
• Advise on policy and government affairs matters.
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts.
• Stay current on industry trends.

Who You Are

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Active bar membership
• Minimum of 8 years experience in healthcare law, regulatory compliance, billing, reimbursement, contract law, government affairs.
• Experience in law firms or government required.
• Understanding of FDA regulatory framework, clinical laboratory regulations, billing, FCA, Anti-Kickback Statute, and Stark Law.
• Experience working with life sciences companies (diagnostics or biotechnology).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
