We are seeking an outstanding product and transactional attorney to join our legal team supporting ServiceNow's rapidly growing product teams. This attorney will be primarily responsible for structuring and negotiating complex technology transactions, and advising on product development and release matters, including privacy, security, compliance, and regulatory issues.
Location: U.S. ServiceNow offices or a remote U.S. location.
Required Experience:
- Experience leveraging or integrating AI into work processes.
- Current membership in good standing of a U.S. state bar.
- 12+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a technology company advising on complex technology transactions.
- Product counseling experience in the technology space, preferably for SaaS products.
- Knowledge of IP, privacy, data security, and AI/ML legal issues.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, distilling complex issues clearly for both internal and external audiences.
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fluctuating environment.
