Sumer Law is seeking an Employment Solicitor to guide SME businesses through hiring and incentivisation. This role involves working with accountancy partners and providing employment law advice to owner-operated businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting director, employment, and consultancy agreements
- Creating staff handbooks and offer letters
- Advising on post-termination restrictions
- Handling workplace disputes and TUPE matters
- Conducting ACAS negotiations
Skills & Expertise:
- 4+ years PQE in employment law
