We’re looking for an Enterprise Project Manager to join Procore’s Professional Services team.
You’ll lead software implementation projects and ensure successful delivery for our clients.
Your expertise will enhance our team's project management capabilities.
You'll partner with clients, technical specialists, and internal stakeholders to create and execute implementation strategies.
Using your project management expertise, leadership skills, and consultative mindset, you'll ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and aligned with client goals.
You'll play a critical role in delivering industry, technology, and change management thought leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute implementation strategies, including leading discovery sessions, creating project plans, managing budgets, and tracking risks.
- Oversee the execution of custom statements of work and onboarding strategies, ensuring projects stay on time and on budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Standardize project management processes, tools, and templates for enhanced efficiency and consistency.
- Mentor and coach team members to strengthen project management skills.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and metrics to optimize workflows and ensure successful outcomes.
- Stay informed on industry trends and client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client success.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience managing end-to-end software implementations.
- Proven ability to manage projects and deliver professional services.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience using project management tools.
- Background in servicing large organizations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Innovative and problem-solving mindset.
- Client-centric approach to driving business outcomes.
- Exceptional adaptability and resilience.
- Travel for client on-sites and company events (up to 25% of the time).
Compensation:
Base Pay Range $109,715 - $150,858 plus commission, with estimated on-target earnings of $129,077 - $177,481.
