Our Enterprise organization seeks a dedicated Sales Development Representative/Outreach Advisor to prospect and qualify leads, transition high-potential opportunities to the Director of Enterprise Sales.
Essential Job Functions:
- Achieve monthly quota of Qualified Leads (demos, appointments) by initiating calls to prospective clients daily.
- Report and record all activities in the CRM system and qualify leads for sales development.
- Accurately record sales and summarize customer interactions.
- Process new customer applications and accounts.
- Target new accounts daily to build sales pipeline.
- Prepare and qualify targeted prospect accounts/leads using internal criteria.
- Send emails and make prospecting calls to peak interest in Spear Education products and services.
- Manage lead, opportunity, and development pipeline in the CRM.
- Maintain consistent and timely follow-up and documentation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, college degree preferred
- Strong professionalism and desire to speak to prospective clients
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation/communication skills, including to executive and technical audiences
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and basic spreadsheets, with strong attention to detail
- Excellent organization skills, able to manage action items and priorities
Preferred:
- Experience in carrying and attaining a sales quota
- Prior experience in the Dental Industry, DSOs a plus!
Compensation:
Hourly rate: $20-25/hr. Incentive compensation plan available.
