FreedUp is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Executive Assistant to the Founder & CEO (Sales). This role demands comprehensive support in a fast-paced sales environment.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the CEO's responsibilities, ensuring smooth sales operations, and effective strategy execution.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing schedules and meetings
- Handling correspondence
- Assisting with sales-related administrative tasks
- Acting as key contact for internal teams and external clients
- Ensuring professional communication
- Scheduling consultations and follow-up calls
- Coordinating CEO's calendar, aligning with sales goals
- Building relationships with architects and realtors for referrals
- Assisting with sales presentations, proposals, and reports
- Understanding client budgets and providing estimates
- Monitoring and responding to CEO's emails
- Organizing meetings, including logistics, agenda preparation, and follow-up
- Tracking ongoing projects and deadlines
- Acting as liaison with clients and partners
- Following up on monthly client surveys
- Implementing systems and processes to improve sales workflow
- Proficiency in HubSpot for data management and reporting
- Providing additional administrative support
