Miratech is seeking an Executive Vice President of Corporate Development. This role contributes to business growth by driving strategic change, including corporate development and innovation, non-organic growth opportunities (M&A), top talent and leadership acquisition, and other activities. We seek a candidate willing and capable of working in a fast-growing environment. The Executive Vice President is a member of the Executive Committee and key business partner to the CEO, senior management, and external parties. The Executive Vice President reports directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee organizational development initiatives (M&A, equity partnerships, innovation, operational improvement, change management, internal project office).
- Manage the CEO's office and Chief of Staff duties (leadership development, employee hiring and retention).
- Manage select strategic partnerships & alliances and support strategic client acquisition/retention.
- Oversee/manage strategic projects (strategic planning, corporate transformation).
- Oversee/manage advisory boards to the CEO.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior success as CEO, President, COO, MD, or equivalent senior leadership role (with P&L responsibility) in mid-size or large enterprises.
- Recent success in a senior management role with a private equity and/or investment banking company; board member experience is a plus.
- Experience with IT services, professional services, managed services, consulting, or similar business models.
- Extensive business function & operational experience in a global, multicultural, fast-growing environment.
- Knowledge of corporate finance and corporate strategy.
- Outstanding negotiation skills and data-driven leadership.
- Multi-layered understanding of business performance metrics, economics, and drivers.
- M.S. degree, Executive MBA, or equivalent.
