About the Role: Join iKhokha's mission to revolutionize digital payments for small businesses as a Field Sales Specialist in Limpopo. Thrive in a fast-paced sales environment focused on growing our customer base in Polokwane and surrounding areas.
Your Responsibilities:
- Prospect and secure new customers in targeted areas and industries.
- Follow up with clients post-sale, recording activities and demos.
- Drive sales by upselling, cross-selling, and promoting new products/services.
- Identify new sales leads, plan and execute field trips to acquire new customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets for gross profit, device sales, and demos.
- Provide feedback on sales and service procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Enroll merchants and assist with FICA documentation.
- Focus on specific campaigns and report on results (e.g., top merchant campaigns, area-targeted campaigns).
- Uphold company standards and values.
- Monitor competition and share insights.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating, offering solutions, and making recommendations to management.
- Maintain professional knowledge through continuous learning.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' field/outbound sales experience.
- Experience in merchant services or banking is preferred.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Intermediate proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sales Software, and CRM.
- FICA training is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transport.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and handle customer relationships.
- Advanced knowledge of sales funnels and pipeline management.
