The Global learning team ensures colleagues have access to resources and learning for career growth, maximizing daily performance and fulfilling future business skill needs.
This role is across geographies, including the UK, Hyderabad, Bulgaria, or Costa Rica.

Key Responsibilities:
- Learning Products/Solutions: Manage global learning solutions, considering data, user feedback, and business strategy for efficiency and effectiveness. Includes Product Owner role for Career Hub.
- Learning Ecosystem: Understand end-user needs for skills and career support, developing vision, structure, and strategy for Experian University and Academies, supporting learning partners.
- Learning Tech: Develop tech solutions (with Global Learning Tech Manager), test new technology (especially GenAI) to enhance learning offerings and skills agenda.
- Engagement and Activation: Collaborate with regional L&D leads and communications lead for learning product activation across communities.
- Listening and Evaluation: Evaluate learning quality, listen to customer feedback to inform future tactics, and share insights into product usage with stakeholders.
Work Style:
We work in an Agile way. Accountability, autonomy, and delivering outcomes are essential, working through consulting cycles for clear problem definitions and deliverables. Adaptability, focusing on employee and user needs, and alignment with business strategy are required.
Required Experience:
- +8 years global business matrix experience
- +5 years learning role experience
