RemoFirst is seeking a Global Legal Associate to support our global operations.
What you'll be doing:
- Corporate & Entity Governance: Maintain corporate records, filings, and compliance calendars. Consolidate global documentation.
- Contracts & Commercial Support: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (MSAs, NDAs, vendor contracts). Track agreement status.
- Employment & EOR Compliance: Support employment agreements, terminations, and compliance with local labor laws. Liaise with immigration teams. Assess legal exposure for EOR engagements.
- Legal Operations & Compliance: Conduct legal research on foreign jurisdictions. Monitor compliance risks. Support global expansion projects. Prepare internal reports.
What you’ll need:
- 3–5 years of legal experience in a multinational, legal service provider, or in-house corporate environment.
- Understanding of corporate governance, contracts, and employment frameworks.
- Experience with cross-border entities and EOR / PEO models preferred.
- Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
