Global Marketing Leader for Strategic Analytics & Insights (SA&I) will shape NIQ's marketing strategy, leveraging analytics and consumer insights for business growth.
This leadership position demands a seasoned expert with deep functional knowledge, a strategic mindset, and a broad understanding of the external marketing landscape, including demand generation, product innovation, and brand building.
The successful candidate will lead a team to optimize NIQ’s portfolio, influence global marketing strategy, and ensure alignment of consumer insights with company goals for market leadership.
This role has significant strategic and operational impact on NIQ's future growth.
The Global Marketing Leader will drive key initiatives in demand generation, shaping how NIQ engages with customers and influences the market globally.
This role requires proven strategic and tactical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Key advisor to senior leadership team on marketing strategy & insights, contributing to long-term business objectives and demand generation strategies.
- Consultation on innovative marketing campaigns to drive awareness & build long-term demand generation.
- Direct creation & execution of external marketing campaigns, ensuring effective communication of NIQ’s solutions & brand to target audiences, focusing on demand generation, optimizing marketing effectiveness across digital, social, & traditional media channels.
- Drive brand awareness & marketing effectiveness, utilizing data analytics to inform campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with regional & global teams for seamless execution of marketing & analytics strategies across markets.
- Build & maintain strong relationships with external partners, clients, & stakeholders to drive business success & maximize market expansion opportunities.
- Set strategic direction & drive execution across multiple initiatives with notable risk & complexity.

- Strong expertise in demand generation, external marketing, and brand strategy.
- Deep understanding of advanced marketing analytics, consumer behavior research, and industry best practices.
- Demonstrated success in driving portfolio optimization and executing consumer-centric marketing strategies.
- Ability to navigate complex business environments & provide actionable insights.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence at senior levels, communicate complex ideas, and build consensus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to identify innovative solutions.
- High-level interpersonal skills to communicate complex ideas, anticipate objections, & persuade senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse teams & external partners.
Key Qualifications
- University Degree (Master or higher) in marketing, communications, business management or equivalent experience.
- 8–10 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Account Management, preferably in B2B.
- Comprehensive knowledge of revenue marketing & digital marketing, experience in content marketing & in steering agencies with measurable results.
- Proficient in MS software packages, CRM suites & marketing automation tools.
- Skilled & experienced in strategic planning & execution of digital marketing campaigns on regional/local digital channels, including LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, Instagram.
- Language Fluency & Proficiency in English
