As the Vice President of Marketing, you will oversee all marketing operations, brand management, and digital initiatives. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of marketing, brand development, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute the company's brand and marketing strategy.
- Identify and assess new marketing opportunities.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with services teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
- Oversee the development and management of the company's brand identity.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Lead initiatives to enhance brand awareness.
- Oversee website, social media, and digital advertising.
- Utilize data analytics to optimize performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Utilize customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the product development team to develop go-to-market strategies.
- Oversee product messaging, positioning, and promotional materials.
- Develop and implement public relations strategies.
- Oversee the management of media relations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.

Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Proven ability to influence revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Experience with specific software partners (Mirakl, Adobe Commerce, etc.)
- Experience with large systems integrators/consultancies/agencies a plus.
