Job Details

Role Overview: This role leads sales and business development for embedded solutions with large Service Providers. It focuses on enabling rapid growth through ServiceNow's partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Vision & Leadership: Develop and execute strategic sales plans for large, embedded managed services solutions. Identify whitespace opportunities and collaborate with partners to expand market share and Total Addressable Market (TAM). Shape partner thinking for mutual growth.
  2. Embedded Solution Development & Sales: Manage the entire sales cycle (identify, qualify, close) for large, complex deals. Present solutions to partner C-level executives and articulate ServiceNow's value proposition and ROI.
  3. GTM Commercial Models & Deal Execution: Collaborate with internal and partner teams to define deal structures, including pricing models. Drive solution identification, design, build, launch, and success tracking.
  4. Performance Management: Achieve sales targets, improve sales processes, identify new opportunities, and drive partner commitment for solution launches.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 12+ years in IT sales, focused on large embedded solutions and strategic partnerships. Proven success in managed services, selling complex IT solutions to C-level executives. Strong ability to partner with large managed service providers and understand the SaaS and re-platforming.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with strategic partners. Deep understanding of IT markets, technologies, and trends.
  • Additional Considerations:Experience with AI integration, consultative selling in Global Partner BPO organizations, leading tech adoption, and driving build motion and asset monetization on software platforms.
