ServiceNow is seeking a Global Partner Leader (GPL) to join the Global Partners and Channels team.

This high-profile role demands a motivated individual with strong leadership, sales, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales quotas.
  • Align offerings with regional and global plans.
  • Educate field representatives on partnerships.
  • Qualify, develop, and execute sales opportunities.
  • Research partner needs and tailor ServiceNow's value proposition.
  • Support prospect qualification and execution.
  • Accelerate license consumption.
  • Build ServiceNow practice with partners.
  • Navigate horizontal service lines.
  • Develop joint go-to-market plans.
  • Interface with global teams and stakeholders.
  • Manage pipeline and forecasting.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews.
  • Drive marketing plans.
  • Identify new industry use cases.
  • Develop world-class business plans.
  • Manage potential conflicts.
  • Drive and manage partner managers.
  • Run global pipeline calls.
  • Track relationships within the Global SI community.
  • Maintain consistent quota attainment.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking.
  • Maintain knowledge of global systems integrators.
  • Engage in the sales cycle.
  • Align, localize, and execute joint GTM strategy.
  • Achieve and exceed targets.
  • Build go-to-market plans for channel, global SI, and partner organizations.
  • Collaborate with enterprise sales force.
  • Possess strong experience working with strategic systems integrators.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Operate in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrate ability to measure and communicate progress.
  • Identify and resolve obstacles.
  • Have experience with leading software, cloud, and SaaS organizations.
  • Build relationships with major SI’s, ISV’s, MSPs, VARs.

Requirements:

  • 12-15+ years of global alliances and partner sales.
  • Proven skills building go-to-market plans.
  • Successful experience working with strategic systems integrators.
  • Goal-oriented and confident.
  • Ability to operate in a collaborative environment.
  • Diligent at measuring and communicating progress.
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA a plus.
