Mission: The Government Pricing Senior Manager is part of a team leveraging Life Sciences domain expertise to analyze and model secondary information for Government Pricing (GP) customers.
Responsibilities: Provides prompt, accurate, and compliant GP advice; partners with customers on Contracts & Pricing, Gross-to-Net, Channel and Patient; collaborates across departments.
Skills: Demonstrates complex analytical thinking and strategic recommendations; mentors team members; supports sales process.
Customer Focus: Fosters strong customer relationships, builds trust, and drives growth; leads customer accounts independently.
Project Management: Handles pre-commercial engagements, deployment of GP frameworks, and one-time projects; leads well-structured meetings with executives.
Compliance: Ensures compliance with U.S. Government Programs (Medicaid, FSS, 340B, Medicare) and related methodologies; oversees contract compliance.
Team Leadership: Manages a US-based team; conducts performance management, skill development, and team building.
Additional Responsibilities: Improves customer satisfaction, develops policies and procedures, identifies new opportunities, and contributes to thought leadership.
