About the Client: With Coverage provides tech-enabled business insurance for leading brands. They are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join the Growth Operations team.
Role Overview: As a Growth Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting With Coverage’s growth team through prospecting, outreach, and coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Role Overview: As a Growth Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting With Coverage’s growth team through prospecting, outreach, and coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Growth Lead’s inbox and draft thoughtful outreach and follow-up emails.
- Prospect and identify target leads using LinkedIn and other tools.
- Assist with setting up and executing email campaigns and event invites.
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM (HubSpot) and tracking systems.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure alignment on prospecting goals.
- Support growth initiatives and maintain accurate tracking of progress and KPIs.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Prior experience in prospecting, lead generation, or growth marketing is a plus.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and consistently meet expectations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently with remote teams.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and CRM tools.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the company's growth strategy and voice.
