Maven is a leading virtual clinic for women and families.

Role: Head of Channel Strategy & Operations

Reports To: Chief Commercial Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive channel growth through commercial agreements.
  • Build scalable processes for the Channel Growth team.
  • Own cross-functional relationships with Growth, Product, Clinical, Operations, and Legal teams.
  • Manage team performance, tracking, and channel enrollments.
  • Ensure contractual obligations to payer partners.
  • Develop & execute scaled channel service models.
  • Report on financial and operational metrics.
  • Oversee channel enrollments across all lines of business.
  • Partner with internal leaders to improve underperforming channels.
  • Establish channel operations, pricing, and contracting strategies.
  • Ensure Maven meets contractual obligations.
  • Scope and define adjacent partner relationships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Growth functions, Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations.
  • Ensure knowledge transfer and standardization across the team.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to maintain channel marketing materials and RFP responses.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years experience working for/with health plans or PBMs.
  • Experience with high-performing Growth teams.
  • Building and scaling systems/processes in high-growth environments.
  • Strong cross-functional relationship building skills.
  • Strong executive communication and partnership skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead through change.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Operationalized complex partnerships.
  • Experience across healthcare continuum.
  • Startup experience.

Compensation: $200,000 - $240,000 per year, plus stock options.

Location: New York Metropolitan area or Remote (US)

Work Model: Hybrid, 3 days in-office per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
