As a Head of Customer Experience and Growth, you will strategically work with current and prospective clients in the Legal, Life Insurance, CTP, and Workers Compensation/Self Insurance sectors to drive mutual value creation and enduring partnerships.
We seek an exceptional senior leader to collaborate with industry leaders and key customer stakeholders, and work with a team of Account Managers to ensure ongoing growth and excellent customer experience.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and execute growth plans and strategies for new and existing customers in nominated sectors, ensuring growth targets are met.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Negotiate new customer contracts, contract renewals, and extensions to meet business needs and financial targets.
- Engage, lead, and support your team of Account Managers.
- Position UHG as a trusted advisor with key industry stakeholders.
- Represent UHG at industry forums, customer meetings, and events.
- Identify opportunities for new products and services to meet market needs.
What You Should Have
- Degree qualifications desirable
- 3+ years’ senior leadership experience in a similar role or industry
- Strong knowledge of personal injury insurance schemes, specifically the legal sector and how plaintiff and defendant law firms service these schemes
- Exceptional leadership and customer relationship skills
- Proven negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for all stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen
- Ability to coach and provide constructive feedback
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
