Go to Market (GTM) leader for Provider operates with ServiceNow's customer-centric industry sales teams and other key functions (marketing, product, customer success, implementation partners) to identify and verticalize ServiceNow solutions for the AMS market and specific customers.
Closely aligns with Provider account teams to seed and develop strategic opportunities. Serves as main point of contact for AMS-based Provider account sales teams.
Helps account teams connect with senior stakeholders, enhancing messaging, communications, and experiences with an industry focus.
Key responsibilities:
- Customer Focused Pipeline Development: Acts as industry expert, educating executives and leaders about ServiceNow solutions through industry events and executive business reviews to create new pipeline.
- Sales Oriented Pipeline Progression: Partners with account executives to progress pipeline by infusing industry expertise (solutions, messaging) into account strategies, building relationships with key stakeholders, and shortening deal lifecycles.
- Partner Development & Execution: Develops and maintains relationships with Provider practices within strategic partners to drive awareness, solution positioning, enablement, and customer development, accelerating customer-focused pipeline priorities.
- Solution Design and Enablement: Identifies new buying centers and use cases for Provider clients benefiting from ServiceNow solutions. Partners with marketing to design and build solutions to generate real value and customer transformation.
- Analyze, Drive & Report on the Business: Analyzes ServiceNow Industry business to understand trends, opportunities, needs, KPI impact, and goal progress. Uses data to influence behaviors and drive results.
Daily activities include brainstorming, presentations, C-suite engagements, working with industry leaders and big-bet account teams, and meeting with key partner leaders.
Key partners: Industry & Field Marketing, Field Sales, Solution Sales, Product teams, Global Partner & Channel Enablement, Industry Enterprise Architects.
Maintains a pulse on broader ServiceNow and Global Sales priorities, advising on ideal messaging, channels, and approaches to deliver optimal customer solutions.
Required experience:
- 15+ years in Provider Industry, preferably in a large health system, with proven success in strategy, operations, and daily functions.
- 5+ years at an Enterprise Software company focused on Provider accounts, or 5+ years at a top tier consulting firm driving transformational change for Provider clients.
- Exceptional executive presentation skills (in person and virtual).
- Strong ability to advise and influence senior leaders across multiple teams.
- Experience creating thought leadership content for international audiences.
- Proven ability achieving revenue targets in partnership with account sales teams.
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes.
Compensation: $225,000 - $405,000 base salary, plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
