The Role: We are looking for a Head of Product Marketing to lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies, connecting product, sales, and marketing for business growth.
- Strategic Positioning & Messaging: Define product/market positioning, refine Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), develop targeted messaging, and evolve the narrative for AI GTM leadership.
- Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership: Stay updated on AI and GTM trends, ensure cutting-edge messaging, and translate market dynamics into actionable insights.
- Sales Enablement & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct win/loss analyses and competitive research, provide sales team with market insights and persona knowledge, and develop sales enablement materials highlighting value proposition.
- Product Launch & Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with Product Management, drive effective product launches, develop strategic campaigns targeting ICP, and measure/optimize campaign performance.
- Analyst Relations: Define/execute strategy for engaging industry analysts, position Common Room effectively, and build/maintain relationships with key analysts.
- Partner Marketing: Identify co-marketing opportunities with strategic partners, develop joint value propositions, and extend market reach.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years product marketing experience, including 3+ years in B2B SaaS
- Proven success in product positioning and messaging, with experience in mid-market and enterprise audiences
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, buyer journeys
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
- Experience with sales teams for enablement and competitive intelligence
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in AI, customer intelligence, or related technologies. Experience with analyst relations (Gartner, Forrester). Data-driven marketing and analytical skills. Experience marketing to sales, revenue operations, or marketing executive personas.
