- Manage and Supervise the Account Managers Team & Professionals
- Training & Mentorship: Develop and implement training programs.
- Motivation & Recognition: Drive team performance through incentive programs.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market and competitive analysis.
- Client Negotiations: Lead and participate in negotiations with key clients.
- Customer Success Strategy & Management
- Bilingual (ES/EN): Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- Leadership & Results-Oriented: Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing accounts teams.
- Strategic & Analytical: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
