Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and Supervise the Account Managers Team & Professionals
  • Training & Mentorship: Develop and implement training programs.
  • Motivation & Recognition: Drive team performance through incentive programs.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market and competitive analysis.
  • Client Negotiations: Lead and participate in negotiations with key clients.
  • Customer Success Strategy & Management
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual (ES/EN): Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • Leadership & Results-Oriented: Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing accounts teams.
  • Strategic & Analytical: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Commercial Experience: Extensive experience in upselling negotiations.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using tools like Excel.
  • Commitment to Success: The ideal candidate places professional success as a top priority.
  • Willingness to travel to the U.S. twice a year is required.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven success in leading and managing high-performing account manager teams.
  • Expertise in corporate sales, upselling, bookings, and creating tailored strategies.
Work Condition: Work from Anywhere, Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week, with a fixed schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM US Central time. Exciting business trips to the U.S. twice a year. Start Date: ASAP, but flexible.
