Responsibilities:
- Perform a high volume of outbound sales calls
- Educate customers on products
- Provide recommendations and solutions
- Build positive work relationships
- Promote new products and services
- Complete call reports and update the database
- Handle complaints and inquiries
Key expectations:
- Previous experience in B2C Sales
- Medical or healthcare industry experience is a plus
- Strong phone presence
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer focus and adaptability
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills
