Full-Time Healthcare Account Representative

• Develop business partnerships and agreements to drive patient referrals.
• Manage customer/referral pipeline and update CRM for communication.
• Generate 25+ direct referrals monthly, aiming for 8-10+ move-ins.
• Nurture relationships to become a local thought leader.
• Understand healthcare professional needs to assist seniors and families.
• Achieve goals through cold calling, appointments, and meetings.
• Collaborate with other teams for a best-in-class customer experience.

• 2+ years of telephone sales/telemarketing experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• New business development experience required (healthcare preferred).
• Experience in a metric-driven/quota environment.
• Proven ability to develop opportunities from ideation to execution.
• Basic technology skills required.
• Social media savviness and VOIP experience a plus.
• Night and weekend availability as needed.
• Willingness to comply with company policies and government regulations.
• Annual travel for regional/national meetings.
• Hard-wired internet connection.

• Base Salary: $40,000
• On-Target Earnings: $65,000 (uncapped)
