What you will do:
- Manage customer/referral pipeline daily, record in CRM for up-to-date communication with referral sources.
- Generate minimum 4 Moves per month from PTO, LOA, and attrition support.
- Nurture relationships for AE/HCAR, be a thought leader and resource for senior living options.
- Familiarize yourself with healthcare professional ecosystem to determine how APFM best fits into operations.
- Achieve goals via cold-calling, managing telephonic appointments and Zoom/WebEx meetings.
- Understand healthcare professional and family needs to provide appropriate assistance for senior housing.
- Collaborate with Senior Living Advisors and other teams to ensure best-in-class customer experience.
- Test and refine new capabilities to grow healthcare channel.
Collaborative inside sales professional contributing to customer and APFM success.
- 2+ years of telephone sales/telemarketing, business development or relationship sales preferred.
- Proven ability to develop opportunities from ideation to execution.
- Basic technology skills; social media savviness and VOIP telephony system experience a plus.
- Hard-wired internet connection access.
- Clear and articulate phone presence, communication and problem-solving skills.
- 50-70 cold calling dials daily.
- Determination to break down barriers to success.
- Multi-tasking: talk on phone, take notes.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships in a multi-stakeholder sale.
- Teamwork and independent initiative; deliver results in a highly independent environment.
- Effective use of social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, blogs).
- Manage ambiguity, work independently, solve issues.
- Experience with Five9 (or similar) telephony platform preferred.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $45,000 - $50,000
