Full-Time H&M Sales Advisor

About the RoleAs a Sales Advisor, you'll provide excellent customer service, welcome & guide customers through the store, actively sell products, and provide support & guidance. Use your fashion and product knowledge to give customers the best experience. Also, work on garment refill & care, presentation, and maintain a clean & tidy sales floor, collaborating with the team for an excellent customer experience.

A Day in the LifeIncludes:

• Customer Sales & Profit: Excellent customer service, guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience; supporting with direct customer service, engaging with customers to provide excellent service; guiding customers through fashion trends, stories & products; promoting products and the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) & in-store sustainability initiatives; representing the brand positively.
• Fashion & Trend Awareness: Keeping up-to-date with fashion trends, tendencies, styles, competitors, and influencers; using product knowledge to share relevant information with customers.
• Team & Development: Sharing service, fashion, and store operations knowledge with colleagues; following procedures, routines, and legal requirements; giving and receiving feedback to learn and develop;
• Retail Operations: Completing the full garment cycle, operating fitting rooms and checkouts according to best practice; contributing to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house; supporting garment presentation; maintaining attractive merchandise displays; ensuring good stock levels; supporting opening/closing and H&S guidelines.

Job Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt

Compensation: $17.00 per hour
