As an Aussie Home Loan Specialist, you'll help Australians navigate their home loan journey using our AI-enhanced platform and end-to-end support.

Role Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, email, and video chat.
• Leverage Australia's #1 home loan platform for faster settlement (up to four times quicker).
• Receive pre-qualified customer appointments.
• Submit deals to in-house clients for processing, lender follow-ups, and admin.
• Connect customers with key products and services (buyer's agents, conveyancing).
