Remote role in Los Angeles, California.
20-30% travel throughout the US.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
Recruit households to participate in the Nielsen Consumer Panel.
Maintain assigned households for weekly transmissions and quality data in covered product categories.
Verify household data accuracy and ensure highest quality information.
Adhere to Nielsen data collection rules and deliver results to your manager.
- Accountable for recruitment and installation goals using proven techniques.
- Visit homes within a designated territory for panelists with collaboration gaps.
- Educate panelists on scanner usage and product scanning.
- Adhere to Nielsen methodology and policies.
- Recruit eligible homes without appointments.
- Persuade and educate households, maximizing participation and building rapport.
- Collect surveys via paper and/or online.
- Communicate incentives and rewards, addressing panelists' questions.
- Support other teams and collaborate with Nielsen departments to ensure quality data.
- Drive to homes using company-provided vehicle and GPS.
- Collaborate with National Consumer Panel (NCP) to ensure quality sample compliance.

- High school degree or GED
- Willingness to be outside in all weather conditions
- Experience navigating various home entrances (stairs, elevators, driveways)
- Willingness to interact with people in various home conditions (including pets)
Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Travel to other markets to support other teams.

- Market-competitive salary: $42,000 - $45,000 (with potential sales-based/performance-based bonuses).
