Full-Time Homescan Field Representative

Responsibilities: Recruit households for Nielsen Consumer Panel. Maintain assigned households for weekly transmissions and quality data. Verify household data accuracy. Adhere to Nielsen data collection rules. Achieve in-person recruitment and installation goals. Educate panelists on scanner usage and product scanning. Recruit eligible households without appointments.

Additional Responsibilities: Persuade households to participate and build rapport. Encourage survey completion. Effectively communicate incentives. Support other teams. Collaborate with departments for quality sample compliance. Drive to homes within territory, using company-provided vehicle. Collaborate with NCP for methodology compliance.

Skills & Qualifications: Bilingual (Spanish/English). Strong customer service and human relations skills. Ability to follow directions, strong analytical skills. Excellent teamwork skills, organizational skills, and meeting deadlines.

Additional Qualifications: Ability to work various hours (evenings, weekends, holidays). Strong computer skills. High School Degree or GED.

Work Environment: Willing to be outside in all weather conditions. Ability to navigate various home entrances (stairs, elevators, driveways). Interact with people in their homes (pets, cleanliness).
