Full-Time Homescan Field Representative (Spanish Speaker)

The responsibilities of this role include recruitment of households to participate in the Nielsen Consumer Panel. This role is required to maintain an assigned number of households in order to achieve weekly transmissions and quality data.

Accountable for achieving in-person recruitment and installation goals by utilizing proven recruitment techniques.

• Visit selected homes within a designated territory.
• Educate panelists on scanner usage and the importance of scanning all products.
• Adhere to Nielsen methodology and follow policies and procedures.
• Recruit statistically selected eligible homes within an area, without an appointment
• Persuade and educate households, maximizing panel participation.
• Persuade panelists to complete surveys via paper and/or online.
• Communicate incentive and reward potentials to panelists.
• Collaborate with various departments within Nielsen to ensure a quality sample.
• Drive to selected homes using the company-provided vehicle and GPS.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish/English
• Data Driven
• Strong customer service and human relations skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent teamwork and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work various hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Strong computer skills
• High School Degree or GED
• Willing to work outside in all weather conditions, going door-to-door
• Bachelor’s Degree is a plus
