Impact:
- Provide first-level support for HRIS-related inquiries/issues (troubleshooting, resolving system access, data entry, functionality problems)
- Respond to user requests via ticketing system (timely resolution, escalation)
- Assist with configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of HR systems
- Monitor and resolve system errors/integration issues (HRIS & other systems - payroll, benefits, recruiting, learning)
- Collaborate with HR teams to develop & implement solutions for system improvements
- Maintain/update user access rights/permissions
- Create/update documentation (user guides, FAQs, training materials)
- Train end-users & provide guidance on HRIS processes, best practices, and system features
- Assist in testing system updates, enhancements, and new module implementations
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
Expertise:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-3 years of experience in HRIS support, HR, IT, or related role
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems (payroll, benefits, time tracking, talent management)
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills (explain technical concepts to non-technical users)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, & meet deadlines
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus
- Attention to detail & commitment to data accuracy/security
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- Fluent Italian (written & spoken)
Desirable:
- Familiarity/knowledge of Zucchetti as HRIS
- Familiarity/knowledge of learning & performance applications (e.g., Docebo, Culture Amp)
- Knowledge of the Google suite
- Experience in system administration or HRIS implementation projects
- Experience in an international environment
