Job Details
Take ownership of the administration and configuration of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring its smooth operation and alignment with recruitment needs.
Collaborate with the Director of People Organisation & Development to support strategic projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition and organizational growth.
Manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.
Generate reports and provide actionable insights from our full product suite to support data-driven decision-making for the People team and leadership.
Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and a strong understanding of recruitment workflows and processes.
Familiarity with HRIS and CRM tools, and the ability to leverage them effectively in project management and reporting.
Business background with a keen interest in people-related topics, including talent acquisition and organizational development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
