The Human Resources Manager ensures that employee life cycle processes are supported and run smoothly. This position leads ExecOnline’s HR initiatives and ensures that tactical HR support is provided to employees at all levels. The Human Resources Manager acts as the primary ExecOnline point of contact for day-to-day Human Resources, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition interactions.
In this role, you will:
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, compensation, and engagement initiatives
- Serve as the main point of contact for managers and employees on HR and talent related inquiries, including compensation-related questions/situations
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting including management of one full-time recruiter and recruiting vendor relationships
- Maintain HR systems, ensuring accurate and compliant information retention and reporting
- Ensure compliance with, and stay informed of, relevant employment laws and regulations
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues including EEO investigations and employee concerns and conflicts
- Administer employee benefits programs, including managing external partners and vendors

- 5+ years of related work experience
- Experience independently handling complex employee relations issues and running investigations
- Knowledge of related HRIS systems
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Self-starter mentality, with strong motivational and leadership skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to handle and maintain highly confidential information, and apply sound judgment in all situations
