Implementations Services Associate

We are seeking a Implementation Services Associate that has a passion for delighting customers by delivering winning strategies and solutions.

How you'll spend your time:

• Assist new customer onboardings and additional implementations for assigned accounts end-to-end, including kickoff, process design, build, training, and rollout
• Work directly with customers to configure Risk Cloud applications that meet their business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and become a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process
• Support project management efforts for all assigned implementations, focusing on time-to-value for our customers
• Consult with the customer to deliver the appropriate implementation experience based on each customer’s maturity
• Provide subject-matter expertise and Risk Cloud product advice to help our customers design and build their Risk Cloud applications as effectively as possible, with a heavy focus on value creation.
• Become an expert user on the Risk Cloud platform and effectively speak about the product and our out-of-the-box content and resources, both within LogicGate and externally facing
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success throughout the customer journey

We get excited about you if you have:

• 2+ years of experience in GRC Consulting, Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, SaaS Implementation/Professional Services, or a similar role with a strong foundation in GRC, Risk Advisory, or Security
• Intermediate technical knowledge working in Excel or a similar product
• Highly motivated, driven and passionate about technology and customer success
• Ability to manage multiple accounts/priorities at a time – project management, organization, time-management, and attention to detail are critical
• A drive to learn and be curious, with the desire to understand our customers’ problems and then effectively communicate and demonstrate how Risk Cloud can help
