Full-Time Inbound Phone Sales Associate

Inbound Phone Sales Associate is responsible for answering calls from global customers about relationship testing products (immigration, surrogacy, paternity).

Duties include:

1. Field 30-40 inbound calls per day.
2. Understand and analyze customer needs through consultative sales approach.
3. Explain products and services professionally via phone, email, text, or chat.
4. Analyze customer problems and provide logical solutions.
5. Communicate effectively to finalize sales opportunities.
6. Meet KPIs (Closing %, Revenue Per Call, Sales Quota).
7. Escalate complex customer needs.
8. Research information using available resources.
9. Attend training and coaching sessions.
10. Document information in application while on calls.
11. Learn new database and communication software.
12. Follow DDC procedures and guidelines.
13. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (retail, inside sales, or logistics)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Active listening skills
• Ability to cope with difficult customers
• Results-driven and able to sustain individual and company goals.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Proficient computer and typing skills
• Ethical behavior and confidentiality
• HIPPA training completion

Schedule:

• Regular: Monday-Friday, 11:00am-8:00pm
• Training: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm

Working from home possibility after 90 days of in-office training and meeting performance metrics.
