Ready to make a real impact? DNA Diagnostics Center (DDC) is looking for an Inside Sales Associate. Bring your go-getter attitude, empathy, and consultative mindset, and we’ll teach you the art of relationship-based sales.
You’ll guide customers through sensitive situations with professionalism, educate them on our services, and close sales that truly matter. After 90 days of training, enjoy work-from-home flexibility.

Requirements:
- One (1) to two (2) years of previous sales experience (retail, inside sales, or logistics).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong persuasive communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive conversations with discretion.
- Results-driven and able to maintain and sustain individual and company goals.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient computer and typing skills with the ability to learn new software.
- Ability to demonstrate and uphold the highest levels of ethical behavior and confidentiality.
- Completion of HIPPA training.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 11am-8pm
