We're seeking a driven Sales Representative to expand our client base and boost revenue in the Benelux market. This commission-based role offers unlimited earning potential for ambitious individuals who can navigate the unique dynamics of this region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and explore partnership opportunities to expand our business presence
- Forge and cultivate relationships with new clients while maintaining and enhancing existing business ties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Understand clients' IT needs and propose tailored solutions
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective negotiation and relationship management
- Facilitate operational changes and strategic planning to foster business growth
- Engage with customers to understand their needs fully and ensure our solutions align with their expectations
- Meet or exceed sales targets consistently
Experience
- Experience in Business Development or Sales (experience in the Benelux market is an advantage)
- Track record in B2B sales, preferably in IT or software development services
- Understanding of software development processes and IT outsourcing is a big advantage
Skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (knowledge of French or Dutch is an advantage)
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies
- Excellent organizational, project management, and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving, networking, and time management skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation
Competitive commission structure based on closed deals (Option for a non-commission-based contract available upon proven achievement of sales/results)
