Full-Time Senior Account Manager - BDP/MDU

Brightspeed is seeking a Senior Account Manager for our Sales and Channel Management – Community Transformations department.

The Senior Account Manager will grow Multi-Unit Dwelling (MDU) and Single-Family Home (SFH) partnerships through contract acquisition with developers, property managers, and builders.

Responsibilities:

1. Meet or exceed sales objectives and monthly revenue quotas.
2. Develop and execute hunting strategies for new MDU and SFH construction.
3. Maintain a sales funnel and capture every opportunity.
4. Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer experiences.
5. Manage sales activity, funnel activity, and customer-focused sales efforts.
6. Participate in community and industry events to acquire new business.
7. Lead in industry knowledge and competitive landscape.
8. Negotiate offers and contracts (building entrance agreements, bulk prices, and marketing agreements).
9. Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to create solutions.
10. Track customer fiber builds to ensure project timelines and inform customers of milestones.
11. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of sales or account management experience.
• Proven results-driven sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to travel.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Bonus Points:

• Knowledge of cable, TV, internet, and/or voice products.
• Residential property management or real estate development experience.
