We are seeking a strategic sales & GTM leader to drive growth, scale, and consistency.

The Sr. Global Solution Sales Executive – Operation Technology Go-to-Market will spearhead market success for the Technology Workflow Businesses.

This role focuses on driving growth strategy, enhancing solution sales capabilities, and orchestrating cross-functional ecosystem efforts to build a robust sales pipeline and capture market opportunities.

As a seasoned sales executive, you will apply your expertise to drive business growth in partnership with various cross-functional teams, including sales, specialist sales, product, marketing, partners, and key stakeholders.

This role offers a unique opportunity to significantly impact the organization's growth.

Ideal Candidate: Proven sales & GTM leader with strong collaboration, relationship building, and intellectual curiosity.

The candidate must possess GTM expertise, deep product & market domain knowledge, and sales excellence.

  1. Operational Technology Focused:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, priority customers, partners, and the industry.
    • Align as Executive Sponsor on key accounts.
    • Meet revenue targets.
  1. GTM Strategy Development:
    • Build and execute growth strategies with product, sales, and cross-functional partners.
    • Position ServiceNow as a leader in this space.
  1. Solution Sales Specialist "Force Multiplier":
    • Partner with global cross-functional teams to drive growth priorities.
    • Support demand generation, sales play construction, and customer events.
    • Help geo-aligned solution sales specialist teams to ensure effective adoption and execution of strategies.
  1. Thought Leader & GTM Voice:
    • Earn trusted advisor status across the organization and externally.
    • Represent the Workflow in global forecast calls, quarterly product reviews, and GTM planning activities.
  1. Market Insights:
    • Analyze the business to support proactive strategy development and opportunity discovery.
    • Bridge market insights to shape product pricing and packaging.
    • Lead in providing product feedback and informing the business unit roadmap.
  1. Specialist Community Development:
    • Foster and expand the specialist sales community.
    • Define enablement priorities and ensure competitive readiness.
  1. Long-Range Planning:
    • Provide industry expertise for long-range and annual planning.
    • Include growth objectives, prioritization, and enablement needs.
  1. Matrixed Team Leadership:
    • Lead and inspire a geographically dispersed, cross-functional team.
    • Deliver on revenue targets.
  1. Sales Evangelism:
    • Represent the portfolio in customer and partner-facing events.
    • Deliver executive briefings.
  1. Alliances & Channel Ecosystem Collaboration:
    • Collaborate to develop GTM partners for workflow growth.
  1. Multi-Workflow Strategies:
    • Work with Global WF Leaders and BU GTM peers to develop multi-workflow strategies.
  1. Business Development Strategies:
    • Create and execute strategies to build a healthy pipeline, drive growth, and foster innovation.

Experience Requirements: 7-10+ years' experience in industry solution sales, business development, and GTM strategy. Enterprise software sales experience in a large, global, matrixed organization.

Skills: Expert sales, industry, and product knowledge related to the XYZ business. Strong communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
