Understand customers' market, needs, and align solutions with a consultative approach. Move accounts toward a retail philosophy through technology, creating a seamless experience.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Drive sales strategy plans and execution to achieve sales goals.
- Acquire and develop relationships with Key Account customers to identify growth and increase revenue.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of customer product suite and communicate value.
- Develop proposals and align software/services with customer needs.
- Prospect, build new revenue opportunities, and lead detailed account strategies.
- Generate and develop growth opportunities to maximize sales.
- Define and create go-to-market plays focused on end-customer value.
- Understand Key Accounts' problems and offer solutions within their budget.
- Renew existing customer contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Key Account Management, Sales Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Support) for customer delight and renewals.
- Navigate negotiations to meet Daxko and customer goals.
Travel: 35-50% travel expected.
Experience:
- 7-9 years of B2B sales experience, exceeding quotas.
- 5+ years of experience in Software/Technology sales.
- Salesforce.com experience.
