Full-Time Sales Agent

Company Description: We’re UW, aiming to simplify utilities. 

Location: Remote or Hybrid in our Colindale office.

Hours: 40 hours per week, 8.15am to 5.45pm, Monday to Saturday.

Salary: £26,800 plus monthly bonus.Start Date: 19th May 2025 or 16th June 2025.

About the Role: You’ll be a people person with strong sales skills, active listening and the ability to understand customer needs, offering appropriate products. Previous sales experience is a must.

Essential Skills: Resilience, persuasiveness, a "can-do" attitude, motivation for self-improvement, ability to meet targets, and strong relationship-building skills.

Team Structure: Two sales teams. Team assignments will be based on skills and experience.

• Home Moves Team: Manages inbound calls from existing customers moving, landlords closing accounts, new occupiers, and estate agents.
• New and Customer Retention Team: Manages inbound calls from potential customers, existing customers considering service changes or account closures, and customers adding services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet call handling KPIs (minimum 5 calls per hour, 90% adherence).
• Achieve sales targets (new customer or retention conversion).
• Manage outstanding tasks and call backs.
• Attend training and upskilling sessions.
• Participate in team huddles.
