Role Overview: Lead international expansion, focusing on non-English-speaking markets. Drive data-driven go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities:

1. Market Expansion Strategy: Develop and execute strategy to drive user acquisition & monetization.
2. Go-To-Market Execution: Plan & execute multi-channel campaigns with Marketing.
3. Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs, track progress, and optimize strategy.
4. Team Leadership: Manage Country Managers and drive market success.
5. Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Customer Support.
6. Localization: Oversee content, UX, & product localization.
7. Customer Insights: Analyze user behavior and tailor strategies.
8. Performance Marketing: Optimize paid media, SEO & organic strategies.
9. Product & UX Collaboration: Ensure international user feedback in product development.
10. Revenue & Monetization: Support product team with monetization strategies.
11. Partnerships: Develop influencer, affiliate & business development strategies.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years experience in multiple markets, including Europe.
• Desirable experience with Latam countries.
• Managerial experience with remote teams.
• Proven track record of international growth initiatives.
• Expertise in localization, international marketing & go-to-market.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience in performance marketing, growth hacking & demand generation.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills.
• Understanding of global consumer behavior.
