As a member of our Solution Consulting team, you'll significantly impact our success by supporting Solution Sales (Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, ITX).
You'll drive revenue for one of our products with the support of Sales, Product Management, and the executive team.
This hands-on technical consultant role requires strong solution delivery and positioning skills during sales cycles.
- Technical Consultant: Develop, position, and provide product-specific solutions during sales cycles, achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory.
- Client-Facing Expert: Support product sales as a technical and domain expert for a client-facing sales team.
- Discovery & Demonstration: Lead discovery workshops to determine customer challenges, providing product demonstrations to align solutions with needs.
- Customer Support: Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues.
- Product Enhancement: Provide feedback to product management on product enhancements to address customer needs and increase value.
- Team Collaboration: Share and learn best practices with other Solution Consultants to enhance team quality and efficiency.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
- Event Support: Support marketing events (executive briefings, conferences, user groups, trade shows).
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions
- Experience collaborating with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services
- Territory management skills (pipeline building, Sales counterpart collaboration for execution excellence)
- Travel as needed
- Preferred: ServiceNow platform experience and/or Media industry (Disney) experience
Compensation:
$131,925 - $217,725 base pay, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
Compensation is based on location and subject to change.
