As a member of our Solution Consulting team, you'll impact our future by supporting State and Local Solution Sales.
You'll guide revenue for one of our products, with support from Sales, Product Management, and the executive team.
This hands-on technical consultant will deliver and position solutions during sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support product sales as a technical expert for a client-facing sales team.
- Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and product demonstrations.
- Answer product/technical questions from customers, partners, and ServiceNow colleagues.
- Provide feedback to product management on enhancements to address customer needs.
- Share best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants.
- Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
- Support marketing events (executive briefings, conferences, user groups, trade shows).
Qualifications:
- 7+ years pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
- Public Sector sales experience.
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or cloud software solutions.
- Experience working with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
- Territory management skills (pipeline building, Sales counterpart collaboration).
- Willingness to travel.
