Job Details
This sales professional will join our Enterprise Sales team.
Role Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video.
- Identify business opportunities.
- Demonstrate products and services.
- Handle end-user product and service issues.
- Escalate issues as necessary.
- Provide support to Enterprise Account Executives.
- Provide updates and communications to end-users.
- Monitor and summarize end-user reporting.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience (virtual and in-person).
- Experience customizing and delivering client presentations.
- SaaS experience is desired.
- Dental experience is highly desirable.
