As a member of our Solution Consulting team, you will significantly impact future success by supporting Solution Sales.
Key responsibilities include:
- Guiding revenue for assigned products with support from Sales, Product Management, and executive team.
- Acting as a hands-on technical consultant, providing deep expertise in solution delivery and positioning during sales cycles.
- Achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for your assigned territory.
- Supporting product sales as a technical and domain expert for client-facing sales teams.
- Leading discovery workshops, demonstrating products to align with customer needs, answering product & technical questions.
- Providing feedback to product management for enhancements addressing customer needs and added value.
- Sharing best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants for team efficiency.
- Staying current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
- Supporting marketing events (executive briefings, conferences, user groups, trade shows).
Requirements:
- 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise in cloud software solutions.
- Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
- Strong territory management skills, including pipeline building and guiding Sales counterparts for execution excellence.
- Willingness to travel (as needed).
Compensation: $131,925 - $217,725 base pay, plus equity, variable/incentive compensation, and benefits. Competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) structure for sales positions.
