Inside Sales Representative - Account Management for our Moen brand, in conjunction with assigned Field Sales region.
Drive sales through project opportunity management to meet or exceed sales goals. A developmental opportunity for progression to Field Sales.
Remote position in Tampa, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, or Jacksonville areas. (Territory covers most of Florida)
- Selling: Support revenue attainment for assigned field sales team.
- Cross-Sell: Integrate with rep agencies to maximize cross-sell activities and customer share of spend.
- Lead Generation: Leverage Moen lead sources to identify project leads.
- Pipeline Management: Manages project-specific sales pipeline; ensures pipeline meets or exceeds target.
- Quote Management: Develop and manage project quotations.
- Opportunity Management: Create, manage, and close assigned opportunities; pre and post-sale follow-up, reviews specifications, understands product needs, establishes job timelines, and makes alternative recommendations.
- Coordinate Fulfillment: Identify projects requiring supply chain forecasting.
Proficient use of Moen systems (SAP CRM, CJQ, QlikView) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Basic Qualifications:
- Reside within assigned territory
- 1+ years of prior sales experience preferred
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Positive interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel for meetings quarterly
- Hunger for driving sales
- Willingness to develop career for field sales opportunity within 3 years

Hiring Pay Range: $55,000 - $65,000 USD. Actual salary may vary.
