Full-Time Inside Sales Associate I

Company Overview: DNA Diagnostics Center is a global leader in DNA relationship testing. They process millions of samples worldwide and offer services for paternity, immigration, surrogacy, and more.

Opportunity Overview: This inside sales associate position involves answering inbound calls from customers worldwide, guiding them through the testing process, and closing sales. After 90 days of in-office training, successful candidates can work remotely.

Essential Duties:

• Handle 30-40 inbound calls daily, taking detailed notes.
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions, using a consultative approach.
• Effectively communicate product and service information.
• Finalizing sales opportunities, following up with clients.
• Meeting key performance indicators (closing rates, revenue per call, sales quota).
• Escalating complex issues to management.
• Conducting research to gather necessary information.
• Participating in training and coaching sessions for continued development.
• Documenting customer interactions within the company application.
• Learning new software and database applications as needed.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• 1+ year of previous sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening.
• Ability to handle challenging customer situations.
• Results-oriented, with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient computer and typing skills.
• HIPPA compliance training.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged sitting.
• Communication with others.

Schedule: Regular: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm, Monday-Friday; Training: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, Monday-Friday.
