Inside Sales Associate I Responsibilities

Answer phone calls from global customers, providing information on DDC's relationship testing products (immigration, surrogacy, paternity).

Determine customer needs, guide them through the testing process, and close sales.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Field 30-40 inbound calls daily, actively listening and documenting details.
• Analyze customer needs using consultative sales approach.
• Explain DDC products/services professionally (phone, email, text, chat).
• Analyze customer problems, providing logical solutions.
• Effectively communicate to finalize sales opportunities.
• Meet KPIs (Closing %, Revenue Per Call, Sales Quota).
• Escalate customer needs requiring additional expertise.
• Research information using available resources.
• Attend training & coaching sessions.
• Document information in application while on calls.
• Learn relevant database & communication software.
• Adhere to DDC procedures & guidelines.
• Minimum Qualifications
• One (1) year of sales experience (retail, inside sales, logistics).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills (active listening).
• Ability to handle difficult customer situations.
• Results-driven, maintaining individual & company goals.
• Strong time management & problem-solving skills.
• Proficient computer skills, typing, & willingness to learn new software.
• Uphold ethical behavior & confidentiality.
• Complete HIPAA training.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged sitting, computer work, and communication.

Schedule

• Regular: Monday-Friday 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Training: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
