Responsibilities:
- Support revenue attainment for assigned field sales team
- Integrate with rep agencies to maximize cross-sell activities and customer share of spend
- Leverage Moen lead sources to identify project leads in accordance with regional criteria.
- Manages project specific sales pipeline in coordination with field sales business development manager; ensures pipeline meets or exceeds target for assigned region
- Develop and manage project quotations in coordination with field sales and customer
- Create, manage, and close assigned project opportunities; conducts pre and post-sale follow up on quotes
- Identify projects that require supply chain forecasting
- Proficiently leverages Moen systems (SAP CRM, CJQ, QlikView) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is highly desired.
- Minimum of 1 year of prior sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external customers.
- Good listening and communication skills, energy, enthusiasm, and endurance
- Ability to travel for meetings up to 10%.
- Hunger for driving sales in a competitive environment
- Willingness to career progress and relocate for field sales opportunity within 3 years.
Salary: $40,000 USD - $66,000 USD (annual)
