Inside Sales Representative at Graylog

Responsibilities:

  • Engage, develop, qualify, and expand customer base for CLM, SIEM, or API Security projects to increase sales pipeline.
  • Respond to inbound contact requests with urgency, care, and diligence.
  • Conduct targeted, personalized outbound prospecting with thoughtful communications.
  • Build early-stage relationships with software evaluators.
  • Qualify and develop inbound leads for pipeline opportunities (50% conversion rate).
  • Build strategic business opportunities through outreach (8-12 per month).
  • Immerse in CLM, SIEM, API Security to gain credibility.
  • Build market intelligence and client relationships through personalized messaging.
  • Identify projects and strategic initiatives for assigned accounts, and articulate how Graylog meets needs.
  • Analyze top 10 accounts to identify key contacts and coordinate action plans with Account Executives.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and enablement to coordinate campaigns and align objectives.
  • Combine data from HubSpot, TechTarget, 6sense for effective outreach.

Requirements:

  • Experience selling ROI-driven networking/security or Enterprise Software Solutions to C-level decision makers.
  • Previous experience selling SaaS solutions to commercial customers in the US.
  • Understanding and appreciation for continuous improvement.
  • Desire to exceed goals and earn commissions.
  • Personal responsibility, proactive, desire to learn, and improve sales effectiveness.
  • Ability to communicate technical and business value of Graylog solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strategic selling skills.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and willingness to try new approaches.
  • Reside in or near Houston, TX, Boulder, CO, or Boston, NH.
